Guided Breathwork Meditation

The 3-part pranayama breath is a tool for healing and growth. The active meditation technique bypasses familiar thought patterns which allows for greater clarity, intuition and connection. 

It’s not uncommon for clients to report this gentle-but-powerful breathing technique to be “life changing.” Regardless of the topic you’re working with, the active breath helps uncover your inner voice, surface hidden blockers and bring inspiration. Clients report feeling more empowered, connected and with a deep sense of knowing after a session. 

A breathwork session is done lying down and consists of introductory conversation, instruction and guided meditation to music. Intuitive insights are shared throughout to support your experience. 

It’s truly difficult to explain the profound experience of a breathwork-based healing session…but if you know, you know.

Guided Breathwork Options

Private Session

A 75 minute individual session. The first 10-20 minutes will identify blockages and intention for the session, followed by 30-35 minutes of guided breathing meditation.

Offered both in-person (Berkeley, CA) and virtually

Group Session

A 75-120 minute community session. We begin with grounding and intention sharing, varying in length depending on the session duration. Guided breathing meditation lasts for 30-35 minutes with time for integration and optional reflection.

Workshops and Events

An opportunity to engage more deeply on a central healing theme, often using a mix of modalities.

About Nina

Hi, I’m glad you’re here.

Breathwork opened a door that changed how I live. From the everyday challenges of mood swings and mental distraction, to finding deep clarity of purpose and a completely different outlook on life. I want these feelings of peace and possibility for all my fellow beings.

After 20 years in corporate jobs and a few years of practicing breathwork personally, I took David Elliott’s healer training to deepen my own practice. A year later I had a clear calling to return to training, and started facilitating sessions after completing training levels 1-5.

The space I hold during a session is earthly and grounded, with room for the cosmic to appear. Thank you for doing your work to show up for yourself and your community in the best way possible. It’s an honor to guide you.
